Job Description Purpose: To Co-ordinate, Manage & Control Financial operations of Global Generics Rest of World (GG RoW) geographies with the objective of ensuring proper control, compliance and accounting with in corporate & statutory guidelines. Roles & Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for the following activities of the GG RoW business: 1. Audit, Controls & Compliance Management Ensure hygiene of Trial Balance Prepare Financials & Analytical Review for IFRS Quarterly and annual audit, handle audit queries Preparing SOPs and policies, periodic review in line with SOX requirements Establish internal control for key processes, handle periodic internal audit Adherence to SOX requirements & Local statutory requirements Ensure compliances to all applicable laws 2.
