Electrical, A/ c plants, Boiler, Refrigerating, Equipments, PM Of Rooms, Public Area P.M, Cooling Tower PM, Water Tanks/Coolers, Kitchen Eqpt, DGSets, , Executing The PM as per schedule.
Active participation in Balance Score Card Implementation And Documentation.
Control On Energy & Resources to be measured, logged, monitored regularly.
Active participation in training activity.
Interdepartmental Job Orders Execution
Control on Optimum Equipment Operations/Performance/Avoiding Breakdowns.
Fire Safety Equipments P.M schedules Follow-up and Compliance to GOVT rules & Regulations
Innovative Idea/Feedback to be brought to the notice of HOD
Control Over Obsolete Material Disposal/Documentation
Follow and Practice the Corporate Policy, Procedures, Philosophy
Practice the Internal Audit-compliance Reports As Per The Guidance Of Supervisor/ Assistant Engineer / shift engineer / HOD.
Up keep / repair of Equipments to be done within stipulated time by self.(exceptions if any Major work involved)
Safety of the Building / property to be Protected.
Interdepartmental working harmony to be maintained.
Core competency work professionalism to be shown, other technical trades knowledge to be enhanced.
Withdrawal of materials from stores quality to check quantity to be certified by Assistant Engineer.
