Job Description
Purpose: To Co-ordinate, Manage & Control
Financial operations of Global Generics Rest of World (GG RoW)
geographies with the objective of ensuring proper control, compliance
and accounting with in corporate & statutory guidelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for the following activities of the GG RoW business:
1. Audit, Controls & Compliance Management
Ensure hygiene of Trial Balance
Prepare Financials & Analytical Review for IFRS Quarterly and annual audit, handle audit queries
Preparing SOPs and policies, periodic review in line with SOX requirements
Establish internal control for key processes, handle periodic internal audit
Adherence to SOX requirements & Local statutory requirements
Ensure compliances to all applicable laws
2. Receivables Management
Periodic fixation of credit limits
Monitor out standings / distributor credit limits
Provide triggers / feedback to concerned teams
3. Others
Price management : Distributor price fixation , transfer price fixation , etc
Inventory controls
SAP : Co-ordinate issues with BPE team , harmonizing the SAP transactions in line with corporate practices
Legal agreement validations
Academic Background and Key Experience Requirements:
A CA with around 0-2 years of experience in various areas of finance and financial management, costing, funds management, Accounting, Budgeting etc
Very good business acumen
Familiarity with SAP environment
Key Skills & Competencies:
The Candidate should be a networker capable of tactfully navigating business issues and earning the trust of key stake holders within and outside the organization.
Stable candidate with the resilience to stay focused and think long term.
Should be adaptable and flexible in his approach.
Eye for detail, Number oriented and capable of utilizing SAP and MS-Office tools with high proficiency.
Thorough with Accounting Standards.
