Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible to select the suitable products or assist customers in making product selections through demonstration and show consumers how to maximize their features.
Present solutions to diamond buyers including price, credit terms, and accurate sale contracts, estimated time of delivery based on production and delivery schedules
Responsible to discuss warranties and replacement parts.
Responsible to address Process orders in person and over the phone.
Responsible to check inventory to ensure product is in stock.
Represent and promote the organization with products at showrooms.
Responsible to conduct outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers via telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and to sell products.
Responsible to collect and research information needed to identify and resolve problematic situations.
Responsible to determine trends and adjust displays as needed.
Responsible to ensure pricing is correct.
Responsible for monitoring counter sales team and cash counter and ensure customer satisfaction levels are met.
Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Verify deliveries.
Responsible for visiting events and exhibitions supporting marketing team in promotions and presentations.
