The candidate should be able to:

• Worked in local networking committee for acquiring students, building network.
• Working with various NGOs, Govt bodies involved in Skill Development Initiatives, BDO etc.
• Responsible for Mobilization and market Awareness
• Conduct Seminar about Job prospects, and career awareness programs.
• Liasion with possible bodies to ensure student mobilization
• Plan marketing activities to ensure attraction of Talent
• Plan / manage and Conduct assessment, test etc.

• Excellent marketing skill
• Presentation skill required
• Be flexible to the varied demands of the post
• Be able to work independently
• Be persuasive and diplomatic
