Akkineni Nageswara Rao acted in more than 300 films. He is considered as
one of the greatest ever actors produced by Telugu film industry and a
contemporary of NTR. He is one of the instrumental people who are
responsible for Telugu film industry for coming down
from Madras to
Hyderabad.
We see many actors telling that they wish to act in films till their
last breath but ANR is the only actor who did that for real. The actor
last appeared in Manam which was the biggest hit in the careers of all
the Akkineni Heroes till date. He even do not want his dubbing to be
told by some one and dubbed for his character from his death bed.
